Please ensure that name of the participant is correctly
spelled.

Please ensure that name of the participant in specimen
answer sheet is as per entry form.

Complete name and address of the school should be written
on entry form.

There is no reassessment of the answer-sheets of
the competition.

There will be no re-examination if participant fails to
reach the centre of the competition in time.

Answer sheets of written test are assessed by computer and
if copying is notified by it, the result of such
participants will not be declared and they will be disqualified by the
association.

The association is not responsible for the loss to the
participants if the instructions are not conveyed by the concerned schools given from time to time.

There will be no change in the names of the students once
the fees are paid. No fees will be refunded.

No other student can be permitted to appear in place of
absent student.

Incomplete forms will not be accepted. Please preserve Xerox copy of
completed entry form with you.

Competition fee is to be paid by Cross
Cheques/Demand Draft along with
the application form in favour of : "The Mumbai Science Teachers' Association". Only one
cheque should be forwarded for all the participants of the school. Please write
complete name & address of the school on the back side of the
cheque.

The association is authorised to make any changes in the rules from time to
time.

Entries
from remaining Maharashtra should be sent through our authorised sub-centres
only.
